If every object in my room suddenly gained self-awareness, which one would stage a coup first—and why am I certain it’s my mugs?
I'll begin with listing the objects currently in my room. First, under the bed, I have four bins, several boxes, a stack of shelves, a chair, some winter clothes (that I should really pull out), and a random assortment of other things. Fortunately, I do not think any of these things will stage a coup. I have them too trapped in the prison that is under my bed. Then there's my bed, which I see a real possibility of, but honestly it just takes everything lying down so that seems improbably. There's my rug too, but my rug is limp and unable to take control, it let's everyone walk all over it. I suppose there is the tapestry, but I have it pinned to the wall so I don't think it would be able to get out, same goes with the rest of my various things on my walls. The television, minifridge, and freezer could certainly ban together and start the coup, but I don't think they could successfully pull it off, even together. My curtains and curtain rod I have in the middle...
